Our hair salon and adjoining day spa is the perfect destination for all your beauty and relaxation needs. Our staff is dedicated to service and making sure you have an outstanding experience. ARRIVING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We schedule appointments according to our stylists’ availability and specialty. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late may limit the time allocated for your appointment. It may lessen our effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may need to reschedule some or all of the appointment.
CANCELLATIONS: If a cancellation of your appointment is necessary, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We do reserve the right to secure a credit card number or deposit ahead of any service. Excessive cancellations and no shows may result in a fee or requirement to charge up to the full amount of a missed service.
CONSIDERATIONS: Please be aware that we do not have accommodations for young children. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised and are not permitted in the boutique area unattended. Please do not wear valuables during your visit as Salon Doremi is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please respect our relaxing environment by turning off you cell phones and not playing music, games or other media without headphones. If a message is urgent during your visit, we will be happy to receive messages for you at the front desk.
PARTIES AND LARGE GROUPS: We are always happy to accommodate group and wedding parties, no matter how large or small. Please call us at 770-740-0052 for more information. We will be happy to give you a tour, quote a price and address any other details.
GRATUITIES: Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients. All gratuities must be left in the form of cash or check, or can be sent directly to the stylists via Venmo or other similar apps. Gift Certificates do not include gratuities and cannot be used towards a gratuity.
RETURNS: A product return may be accepted with a receipt within 2 weeks of original purchase for credit towards another retail item. Any hair cut or color service may be eligible for a “re-do” or adjustment within 2 weeks of the original service, but this does not cover specialty colors or corrective colors.
PAYMENT METHODS WE ACCEPT: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Check or Cash. We are unable to accept American Express.
